Sondh Associates was involved in the refurbishment and renovation of this vacant hotel, a short distance from Glasgow's city centre.

The material alterations to the elevation of the extension strengthened its relationship with the original building whilst the addition of floor to ceiling glazing on the ground and first floors allowed the building to better engage with the streetscape.

Sondh Associates collaborated with interior designers in the design of the 102 bedrooms, the first floor function suite and the ground floor restaurant.
