This 87 bed care home occupies the site of a former car show room and garage in Bearsden. Wedged between Maxwell Avenue to the north and railway lines to the south, the design makes careful use of its narrow site.

A variety of cladding materials were employed which help to break down the facade visually, enabling the proposed building to sit comfortably in its suburban context and also offer fantastic views to the Campsies from the rear garden and raised communal areas.
