Sondh Associates was involved in the conversion of tenement flats into a hotel, right in the heart of the city centre.

Sondh Associates was responsible for connecting an existing restaurant to a new bar and bedrooms on the upper levels.

The original sandstone facade has been kept to be in fitting with the traditional Glasgow tenements. However inside the refurbishment of the restaurant and addition of the bar creates a stylish, contemporary space.
