GLAZED ENTRANCE FEATURE
The proposed building streetscape consists of townhouse style blocks containing 52 bedrooms, all single rooms, with each section containing between 10 and 11 bedrooms. The building stands two and a half and one and a half storey's high and also has accommodation within its pitched roof.
The western boundary sees the entrance connect directly from Broughton Road to a private road, providing access to the car park including 16 spaces. The layout will also accommodate emergency and delivery vehicles to park/ manoeuvre within the spaces.
